Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT) Location: Delhi, India

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive at Bakhoobi Services Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships and growing our client base. Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to look for potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet market demands.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Generate qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.

Develop and maintain strong network of potential clients.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and nurture relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.

Collaborate with technical team to understand client requirement and propose tailored solutions.

4. Proposal Development and Presentation:

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to clients.

Work side-by-side with the sales and technical teams to create customized solutions.

5. Contract Negotiation and Closing:

Lead negotiations and finalize contracts to secure new business opportunities.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective closing strategies.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.

Utilize data analytic to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing.

Proven experience in business development and sales within the IT industry.

Strong understanding of IT products and services.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
